4. No Disparagement, Etc. The Contadina logo and/or trade name may not be used in a derogatory, offensive or tortious manner. 5. Link At Your Own Risk. Contadina makes no representations or warranties regarding the Contadina Site and the Contadina Content, which is provided "as is." Additional restrictions and limitations on liability regarding the Contadina Site and the Contadina Content may be set out www.Contadina.com and apply to all users who access the Contadina Site, including users who link from the Linking Site. Linking Sites link to the Contadina Site at their own risk. Contadina is under no obligation to maintain the Contadina Site, provide or update Contadina Content or otherwise support your link to the Contadina Site.
6. Termination. Contadina may revoke this license at any time without cause. If Contadina revokes this license, you agree to remove the link to the Contadina Site as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.
