Ingredients
- 1 14.5 oz. Can Contadina® Original Pizza Sauce
- 6 oz. ARTICHOKE drained, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup GREEN BELL PEPPERS chopped
- 2 1/4 oz. OLIVES sliced and drained
- 2 Tbsp. PARMESAN CHEESE grated
- 1 cup MOZZARELLA CHEESE grated
- 6 BAGELS sliced horizontally, lightly toasted
Instructions
1. COMBINE pizza sauce, artichoke hearts, bell pepper, olives and Parmesan cheese in medium bowl.
2. SPOON pizza sauce mixture onto bagel halves. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
3. BAKE in preheated 400 degree F. oven for 6 to 8 minutes or until heated through.
